About the role
Location: Elmbank Crescent & Edington Street, Glasgow
Salary: £12 per hour (Rising to £12.60 per hour 1 April 2025)
Hours: Monday to Friday Lunch Shift, 12pm – 2.30pm (12.5 hours per week).
Will also consider applicants who can do 2/3 days.

Scottish Opera seeks a receptionist to work at the heart of Scotland’s largest performing arts organisation.
The person we are looking for is a good communicator, is well organised and enthusiastic. The successful candidate will ensure that all telephone calls and enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and, as the first point of contact for company members, visitors and members of the public will interact with people courteously and politely.
Full training will be provided. General administrative duties are also required so candidates must be computer literate.
The role is based in both of our Glasgow city centre locations at Elmbank Crescent and Edington Street. Successful candidate will be required to travel between both buildings.
