Ticket Bookings
Please note the following Terms and Conditions apply only for tickets booked directly via Scottish Opera.
For tickets booked via external box offices, venue-specific Terms and Conditions apply. Please check the venue's website or your order confirmation for details.
1. Your ticket is proof of purchase and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. Do not attend the event if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
3. Refunds are available upon request up to 48 hours before the event.
4. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
5. Latecomers will have to wait to be seated.
6. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
7. Your ticket has been created and managed using the Spektrix booking system and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Spektrix.
8. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Scottish Opera is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Scottish Opera at tickets@scottishopera.org.uk.
9. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
10. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening, unruly or refuse to abide by the physical distancing regulations as set out by the Scottish Government and enforced by the Event Organiser will be asked to leave the premises.
11. The Event Organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. Please do not film or take photos during the performances.
Community Choir Memberships
1. Your membership allows you to participate in the Community Choir for one term.
2. Your membership is not transferable.
3. Refunds are available upon request up to 48 hours before the start of the term. No refunds will be processed once the term has started.
4. The Community Choir’s Senior Producer will get in touch via e-mail regarding any information you may need prior to the start of the term.
5. Your membership has been created and managed using the Spektrix booking system and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Spektrix.
6. Scottish Opera is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of memberships. If you have any questions regarding this membership, please contact Scottish Opera at feedback@scottishopera.org.uk.
Data Collection
1. Scottish Opera processes data for certain legitimate business purposes in order to provide you with the best experience and most relevant information about your event booking.
2. If the event is at an external venue, we will pass on some of your data to the venue’s box office for the same purpose.
