EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION SURVEY

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The results will provide guidance for an improvement plan and help us revise existing policy documentation.

Your responses are completely confidential and will be stored and used in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The survey is designed in line with other arts organisations so over time we can get a picture of the wider Scottish arts sector using anonymised data. These are based on the questions that will appear in Scotland’s next Census (2021 delayed until 2022 due to Covid).

Everybody’s information and opinions matter, so please take a few moments to complete this. If you require further information in order to complete the survey, please do not hesitate to get in touch by emailing hradmin@scottishopera.org.uk.
